1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nawe Ririmba Space ("the Platform"), operated by NebeluRw, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Nawe Ririmba Space is a digital marketplace where musicians can upload and sell their original songs. Each song is sold only once, making it a unique digital collectible. The platform facilitates transactions between artists and buyers.

3. User Accounts

Users must register for an account to upload or purchase songs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Song Uploads and Ownership

  • Artists warrant that they own all rights to the songs they upload
  • Songs must be original compositions or have proper licensing
  • Each song can only be sold once on the platform
  • Artists receive 60% of the sale price, with 40% going to platform commission
  • A 15% commission may be given to users who share and promote songs

5. Purchases and Payments

  • All sales are final - no refunds except in cases of technical failure
  • Payments are processed through Flutterwave in USD or RWF
  • Buyers receive exclusive ownership rights to purchased songs
  • Downloaded songs are for personal use unless otherwise specified

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on the platform:

  • Copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Explicit or inappropriate content
  • Content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Spam or misleading information

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy policy.

8. Platform Fees and Commissions

  • Platform commission: 40% of sale price
  • Artist earnings: 60% of sale price
  • Referral commission: Up to 15% for successful referrals
  • Fees are automatically deducted from transactions

9. Limitation of Liability

NebeluRw and Nawe Ririmba Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kigali, Rwanda.
